Cerberus chairman says has no plans for IPO-CNBC

CHICAGO, July 11 (Reuters) - Cerberus Capital Management [CBS.UL] has no plans to launch an initial public offering as Blackstone Group LP (BX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) and KKR & Co. LP [KKR.UL] have, Chairman John Snow said on Wednesday.

"No, I don't think that is in the cards for us," Snow said in an interview on CNBC. "We prefer to be as we are, a private investment firm."

Blackstone sold $4.1 billion in an IPO in June, while KKR filed earlier in July for a $1.25 billion IPO.
