Jeep Owners Unite in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains

Each summer in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, DaimlerChrysler hosts Camp Jeep for Jeep owners and their families. The event provides numerous opportunities for you to learn more about your new (or old!) Jeep. There are also opportunities for off-roading with professionals, and lots other outdoor activities for the entire family. The price of $295 per Jeep includes admission for all who can fit inside your Jeep (and be secured by a seatbelt!), as well as participation in all of the weekend's activities, and a couple meals. Your only additional expense would be your lodging at a nearby campground or hotel.

The 13th annual Camp Jeep gathering of Jeep vehicle owners is a great family getaway with activities that include Patriot Adventure Park, Compass Sound Garden, Liberty Lifestyle Path, Jeep Journey, Wranlger Ul;imitied 4wheeling Forest, Wrangler Skate and Snow Summit, Commander Base Camp and Grand Cherokee Action Canyon.

Entertainment includes The B-52’s, known as the world’s greatest party band, and Shaun White, the Olympic gold-medal winning snowboarder and the high-flying skateboarder Tony Hawk.

There will be a special performance by Grammy-award winning country star Tim McGraw. Tim will take a break from his “Jeep Presents Soul2Soul Tour 2007” to perform at Camp Jeep on Thursday, July 26.

WHEN: July 26-28, 2007
WHERE: Blue Ridge Mountains, VA - at the Oak Ridge Estate in Nelson County near Charlottesville.

At the Camp Jeep website, you can find out more about the activities and events that are scheduled for the entire family. Don't forget to check out their online video and photo gallery of previous Camp Jeep events.
